How do I contact customer service?
Scammed me multiple times on authentication and shipping. Do not trust them. Disgusting company along with horrendous employees. The amount of unprofessionalism has blown my mind. What company plays sitting duck until you reach out? Obviously, if they falsely advertise that what else do they advertise? I will be checking the condition of the first pair of shoes and if I was shipped a fake I will be pursuing legal action. Do not trust this shady company. Interesting that you reply on a review site but not to a customers personal email Was a bit worried after seeing lots of negative reviews, but my shoes came on time and in perfect condition, even in the middle of the coronavirus lockdown in the UK. Amazing verification, and really fast shipping. Highly recommend!! Overall its what you expect from the site, there's not really anything this site does differently then other reselling platforms. My experience with the site is strictly as a buyer, and while I have had a positive experience there does seem to be an overwhelming amount of claims that this site has sold fakes to people. Also the customer service seems like it could be better from what I've heard, so overall I mean it's just what you'd expect, pretty average. I give this rating only bc the sales tax isn't fair. You have some states not getting doubled "taxed". Shipping and state taxes. Not saying to tax them but it is crazy. Do yourself a favor and read their twitter replies. Their customer service sucks. Even the bad reviews on here, they are very selective about the ones they reply to. They just suck. Great communication and customer service! This is my 1 go-to app for selling all of my sneakers! Keep up the good work! Great experience, got my shoes on my birthday and that was 2 days early then I was supposed to get them so it made my day even better.

You think your getting a decent dea on your shoes until duties fees are applied. What an absolutely awful experience, purchased a brand new pair of Nike Sacai Waffle in White, hugely above market price as i love the shoes, they got delivered yesterday yellow stains and marks over them, contacted customer service and they have said we cannot return, we must relist them????????? I got a message with a two-factor verification code even though I haven't tried to login on a new device. Okay, someone obviously hacked my login details and tried to login in somewhere. No problem, right? I got the code. Yeah, well no. I checked my app and apparently someone was able to buy an item I've never ordered. Why praising a 'more security: Get your two-factor verification now. I had no problems with StockX so far but that's a huge no-go and I'll sell my products somewhere else in the future. So the trainers failed the authentication as they were the wrong size and I receive an email stating this and that they will be returned. A UPS shipping label was created 10 days ago no progress. I've sent numerous emails only with no response. There is no UK address or phone number to speak to somebody. The tracking number provided for UPS states that only the label has been created and the trainers have not been collected in 10 days. So they have a pair of my shoes that they are not sending back and are not responding to any of my correspondence. Alongside this they also have the nerve to deduct penalty fees to sellers that do not ship items in within a certain time frame yet they have not shipped the trainers they have agreed to return back in 10 days. Lacking total professionalism. I've since sold another pair which StockX have authenticated and verified. There is no excuse for any delay in returning my trainers. Note all the negative reviews. This is not just one bad customer review. If you wish to respond the Order number is It is super-speedy from the conclusion of the transaction until the goods arrive. Has anyone else had this problem? Again just curious The Shoes are fake and I advise everyone to run from this scamming company!! Which was a lie!! I ordered something from here for the first time this morning. This afternoon I get an email for another purchase I never made. Someone hacked my account and changed my login information. This is a horrible and I will never use this website again. I contacted them to see where my package was because I did not get any shipping information other than the authentication passed.
