Lenovo ThinkPad T460s User ManualI have had my laptop Thinkpad Ts for just over a year now and use it for work daily. I was using it with no issue at lunch, but when I opened the lid around 3 hours later - the screen was black and the laptop seemed to be stuck in sleep mode. I tried a hard reset and now I can not even get the Lenovo post menu to show. If I press the power button, the keyboard momentarily turns on the backlighting and the power button stays illuminated, after about a minute the power button turns off. I have tried using the hardware reset button on the bottom of the laptop, removing the 2 discreet batteries, removing the CMOS battery, removing all batteries and resetting the RAM. None of this has gotten me any headway on resolving this issue. I am going to try contacting technical support but am hoping someone may help me find a quick and simple resolution to this issue. I'am really looking forward on your explanation and the support from this community. How did you resolve this problem?
