Getting them to cancel your monthly subscription is akin to getting water out of a rock. Rarely does anyone answer when you click on "Live help" and you end up sending them a message and they send an e-mail to you saying they received your message and give you a ticket number. Unfortunately, they rarely follow up and e-mail you back addressing your problem. It's pretty much a crap shoot.
