People are overworked and management has planned overtime in their schedule. Benefits suck. We are under paid considering the price of a helicopter versus a car. We should be paid more for the amount of money we make a month. The people are the least of their concerns. Discrimination in every way especially bidding on jobs. Your job is constantly being threaten. No room for growth, stability, confidence,trust,etc. Good work environment.
