I noticed you did not have a rating on Availity. Is that something you can share. We cannot get a User Name and Password that actually work consistently. And we cannot speak to a live person who is willing or able to help us. Plus we have been actually Hung-Up on 5 times on the telephone! LOL — except we are actually crying. Availity which is now aquered mdol is awful. No alive person to get in touch with. After 50 minutes waiting time on the phone, I hang up. Find these tools on Availity Expand the options below for instruction on locating each tool. Select Type of claim from the drop-down menu. Select Claim Status Inquiry from the drop-down menu. Submit an inquiry and review the Claims Status Detail page. If the claim is denied or final, there will be an option to dispute the claim. Select Dispute the Claim to begin the process. Select the appropriate health plan. From the payer spaces home page, select the Applications tab. Select the Clear Claims Connection tile. To request authorizations: From the Availity home page, select Patient Registration from the top navigation. To check if authorization is required: From the Availity home page, select Payer Spaces from the top navigation. Select the Prior Authorization Lookup Tool tab. To check member eligibility and benefits: From the Availity home page, select Patient Registration from the top navigation. Select Eligibility and Benefits Inquiry. To access member panel listings: From the Availity home page, select Payer Spaces from the top navigation. From the Payer Spaces home pageselect the Resources tab. From the Resources tab, select Provider Online Reporting. If you don't see it on the list, select Next from the right-hand side at the bottom of the page. To access member reports: From the Availity home page, select Payer Spaces from the top navigation. From the Payer Spaces home page, select the Resources tab.
